Trulieve Named One of TIME’s America’s Best Companies for 2026

Trulieve Cannabis Corp. has been named to TIME’s America’s Best Companies 2026 list, making it one of just two cannabis companies included in the national ranking.

The annual list, compiled by TIME and Statista, recognizes 1,000 U.S. companies based on employee satisfaction, financial performance and transparency surrounding sustainability practices. More than 7,200 companies met the eligibility requirements for consideration.

Employee satisfaction scores were based on approximately 217,000 surveys examining factors such as workplace culture, compensation, working conditions and employer reputation.

Financial performance was evaluated using multiyear data covering revenue growth, profitability and asset performance. Companies were required to generate at least $100 million in annual revenue to qualify. Sustainability scores considered environmental impact, social responsibility and corporate governance disclosures.

“Being named to TIME’s list of America’s Best Companies is a tremendous honor and a direct reflection of the durability of our business,” said Trulieve CEO Kim Rivers. “To be one of only two cannabis companies recognized speaks to the passion and dedication of our team as we continue our mission to expand access to cannabis.”

The recognition comes one month after Trulieve began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TRLV. The company announced its NYSE uplisting in early June, with trading beginning June 10.

Trulieve is a vertically integrated multistate marijuana company with established medical marijuana operations in Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The company reported $287 million in revenue during the first quarter of 2026, including $170 million in gross profit and $2 million in net income attributable to common shareholders.
