Florida Senator and Former Republican Party Chair Endorses Amendment 3 to Legalize Marijuana

Florida State Senator Joe Gruters (R), the former chair of the Republican Party of Florida, has announced his endorsement of a YES vote on Amendment 3.

“By legalizing recreational marijuana for adults, we can give Floridians access to safe products, generate significant revenue for critical public services and create new job opportunities for Floridians,” said Gruters, Chair of the Florida Senate’s Regulated Industries Committee. “I urge you to join me in voting ‘Yes’ on Amendment 3 this November. Together, we can build a safer, smarter future for the Free State of Florida.”
