Colorado’s First Cannabis Lounge Opens in Denver

Colorado’s first state-licensed cannabis lounge is now open in Denver, marking a major step forward for the state’s marijuana hospitality industry.

Cirrus Social Club is located at 3200 E. Colfax Avenue in the Congress Park neighborhood. Founded by cannabis entrepreneur and YouTuber Arend Richard, Cirrus describes itself as a “refined and elevated cannabis experience” — blending upscale aesthetics with a laid-back, consumption-friendly atmosphere.

Guests can choose from a curated selection of cannabis strains served in Volcano vaporizer bags, glass bowls, or multi-sample flights. The venue also offers edibles and infused drinks for those who prefer alternatives to smoking or vaping.

A food and beverage menu labeled “Munchies and Bev” features items like pepperoni or hot honey bagel bites, manchego spirals, DIY peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and an ice cream sundae. Trained “flight attendants” help guide guests through the menu and product options.

Cirrus operates Thursday through Sunday and is currently reservation-only. The club plans to expand hours in the coming months. Reservations can be made at cirrussocialclub.com.
