Among the 23 states that allow licensed recreational marijuana sales, most also permit the distribution of marijuana concentrates. In this article, we’ll examine the five states with the lowest average cost of concentrates.

  • Average Price: $14 per gram

  • Concentrate Limit: Up to 2 ounces

Oregon

  • Average Price: $16 per gram
  • Year Legalized: 2014
  • Year First Store Opened: 2015
  • Concentrate Limit: Up to 10 grams

Washington

  • Average Price: $16.50 per gram
  • Year Legalized: 2012
  • Year First Store Opened: 2014
  • Concentrate Limit: Up to 7 grams

California

  • Average Price: $17 per gram
  • Year Legalized: 2016
  • Year First Store Opened: 2018
  • Concentrate Limit: Up to 8 grams
