New York’s Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) has issued a recall for nine marijuana product lots produced by IndoGrow LLC after they failed retesting for unallowable pesticides.
The products, which were sold through licensed adult-use dispensaries across the state, were originally quarantined over concerns about lab testing validity.
Following a re-test authorized by OCM, the affected lots were found to contain pesticide levels that violate state regulations and pose a potential public health risk. Dispensaries and distributors are required to halt sales and distribution of the recalled products immediately.
The following products are impacted:

While the OCM has not received any reports of health issues tied to the recalled products, the recall is being issued as a precaution. The office encourages consumers to return any affected products—even if opened—to the dispensary where they were purchased.
Consumers experiencing cannabis-related symptoms are urged to seek medical care and contact their health care provider or the Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222. Any adverse events or incidents can be reported to the OCM by completing an incident report form at cannabis.ny.gov/report-an-incident.
