Tilray Medical, a division of Tilray Brands, has announced the launch of three new EU-GMP certified medical cannabis strains for patients in Germany, further expanding its Good Supply product line.
The new offerings include Good Supply Cannabisblüten THC 22 IIM, THC 25 MMK, and THC 18 LLD. Each will be sold in 15-gram jars for patients and larger 500-gram packs for pharmacies, meeting Germany’s prescription-based medical cannabis framework.
The rollout begins in September, with THC 22 IIM becoming available at the start of the month, THC 25 MMK arriving on September 19, and THC 18 LLD expected by the end of September or early October.
“By introducing these new Good Supply strains to the German market, we are not only expanding access to premium, EU-GMP certified options for physicians and patients, but also reaffirming our role as a trusted partner in medical cannabis across continents,” said Rajnish Ohri, Managing Director, International, Tilray Brands.
Tilray Medical is one of the largest suppliers of medical cannabis in Germany, distributing prescription products through pharmacies with the support of its logistics and supply chain operations. The expansion highlights Tilray’s effort to provide physicians and patients with more reliable options, while reinforcing the Good Supply brand’s reputation for consistency and quality.
Tilray has grown from being among the first licensed producers in Canada to establishing GMP-certified production facilities in Europe. Today, the company supplies a wide range of medical cannabis products in more than 20 countries, with a portfolio that includes Tilray Medical, Broken Coast, Redecan, Good Supply, and Navcora.
This move comes as demand for medical cannabis in Germany continues to grow, with new product launches signaling a push to diversify treatment options for patients and strengthen the role of prescription cannabis within the country’s healthcare system.
