Florida medical marijuana treatment centers have now dispensed more than 12.1 billion milligrams of THC and 4.1 million ounces of smokable marijuana in 2026, while the number of registered patients has climbed above 937,500.
During the two most recent reporting periods, dispensaries sold a combined 864,239,137 milligrams of THC and 292,386.993 ounces of marijuana in a form for smoking. That brings the year-to-date totals to 12,106,506,852 milligrams of THC and 4,126,403.661 ounces of smokable marijuana.
The newest report from the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use covers July 10 through July 16. Medical marijuana treatment centers dispensed 441,135,241 milligrams of THC and 146,234.897 ounces of smokable marijuana during the week.
That was up from 423,103,896 milligrams of THC and 146,152.096 ounces reported for July 3 through July 9. THC dispensations increased by approximately 4.3% from one week to the next, while smokable marijuana volume remained relatively unchanged.
Florida now has 937,501 qualified patients with active identification cards, an increase of 1,013 from the prior week and 2,507 since the July 3 report.
Trulieve continued to lead the state during the latest week, dispensing 120,938,759 milligrams of THC and 50,386.805 ounces of smokable marijuana through 170 locations.
Curaleaf Florida followed with 50,286,162 milligrams of THC and 15,601.855 ounces, while MÜV reported 49,779,189 milligrams of THC and 16,892.970 ounces. Ayr Cannabis Dispensary sold 37,482,357 milligrams of THC and 8,688.335 ounces.
Other operators with notable totals included GTI Florida, with 19,420,024 milligrams of THC and 4,096.748 ounces; Green Dragon, with 19,181,267 milligrams and 5,524.343 ounces; Surterra Wellness, with 16,037,356 milligrams and 4,358.273 ounces; and Sunburn, with 15,799,553 milligrams and 3,021.454 ounces.
The state listed 769 dispensing locations in the latest report, up from 767 one week earlier. Newly approved locations included a Curaleaf dispensary in Edgewater, a FLUENT location in Palm Bay and a Trulieve location in Marco Island.
Florida voters legalized medical marijuana through Amendment 2 in 2016. The state operates a vertically integrated system in which licensed medical marijuana treatment centers cultivate, process and dispense marijuana to registered patients.
