Curaleaf Resumes Trading Under CURLF Following Completion of Reverse Split Transition Period

Curaleaf Holdings announced today that its subordinate voting shares have resumed trading under the OTC trading symbol CURLF, following the completion of a temporary transition period tied to the company’s recent reverse stock split.

Curaleaf, which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol CURA and on the OTCQX Best Market, said the return to CURLF took effect July 6. The company’s shares had temporarily traded under the symbol CURLD for 20 trading days after its 1-for-3 reverse stock split became effective June 5.

According to the company, the temporary CURLD designation was used in accordance with FINRA and OTC Markets Group requirements. With that transition period now concluded, Curaleaf’s shares are again trading under CURLF on the OTCQX Best Market.

“The return to CURLF marks the completion of the temporary transition period and provides continuity for our investors,” said Boris Jordan, chairman and CEO of Curaleaf. “We remain focused on strengthening Curaleaf’s capital markets profile and positioning the Company for future opportunities as the regulatory and exchange-listing landscape continues to evolve.”

Curaleaf said no shareholder action is required in connection with the return to its original OTC trading symbol. The company’s shares continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under CURA and on the OTCQX Best Market under CURLF, both under the post-split CUSIP 23126M300.

The move follows Curaleaf’s June reverse split, which reduced the number of outstanding subordinate voting shares on a 1-for-3 basis. Companies often pursue reverse splits to increase their per-share trading price, improve market perception or better position themselves for potential exchange-related opportunities, though Curaleaf’s release notes that any future U.S. exchange listing remains subject to regulatory and market considerations.

Curaleaf describes itself as an international cannabis company with brands that include Curaleaf, Select, Grassroots, Find, Dark Heart and Anthem. The company operates across medical and adult-use markets, with Curaleaf International maintaining a presence in Europe, Canada and Australasia.
