Wisconsin Lawmakers Propose Bill to Prohibit Hemp-Derived THC

Republican lawmakers in Wisconsin are moving forward with legislation designed to restrict intoxicating hemp-derived products such as delta-8 THC and delta-10 THC. Representative Lindee Brill (R-Sheboygan Falls), joined by Representatives Jim Piwowarczyk (R-Hubertus), Chuck Wichgers (R-Muskego), Bob Donovan (R-Greenfield), and Senator Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield), announced the measure this week.

DEA Seizes Over 2.3 Million Illegal Vape Devices in Nationwide Crackdown

That total includes $80 million in adult-use purchases and $21 million in medical sales, marking the third month this year with combined sales surpassing $100 million.
