Republican lawmakers in Wisconsin are moving forward with legislation designed to restrict intoxicating hemp-derived products such as delta-8 THC and delta-10 THC. Representative Lindee Brill (R-Sheboygan Falls), joined by Representatives Jim Piwowarczyk (R-Hubertus), Chuck Wichgers (R-Muskego), Bob Donovan (R-Greenfield), and Senator Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield), announced the measure this week.

Yesterday, the Drug Enforcement Administration announced the results of a week-long operational enforcement action as part of a whole-of-government initiative aimed at removing dangerous and illegal vaping substances from communities across America. Legal marijuana sales in Maryland reached $101,268,442 in August, according to new data from the Cannabis Administration. This brings the year-to-date total to $779 million.
