Cannabis prices continue to trend downward across the United States, as the newest data for July becomes available.

As always, prices across the over 20 legal marijuana states vary drastically depending on a number of factors, including  tax rates, regulatory structures and market dynamics. Despite the differences, prices is most states have declined in recent months and as compared to 2024, especially in states like Colorado and Michigan.

With that in mind, below are the 10 cheapest legal marijuana states as of July 2025, using data provided by state regulatory agencies and cannabis commissions, and when needed data from the research firm Headset.
