Oregon’s legal marijuana industry has generated $770 million in sales in 2025 as of November 1, according to new data from the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC).
The state recorded $77,420,993 in marijuana sales for October, pushing 2025’s year-to-date total to just over $770 million. Since legal sales began in 2016, consumers have spent roughly $8 billion on marijuana products, highlighting the continued strength of the market despite declining prices.
The average price for dried flower remained at an all-time low of $3.33 per gram for the third consecutive month, marking a significant drop from the pandemic-era highs when prices exceeded $6 per gram. Concentrate prices also fell, sliding from $15.83 per gram in August to $15.43 in September, according to OLCC data.
Of Oregon’s cumulative marijuana sales, $4.166 billion came from “usable marijuana” such as dried flower and pre-rolls, while concentrates account for around $2 billion. Edibles and tinctures have generated approximately $940 million in revenue, with the remaining sales coming from topicals, beverages, and other infused products.
Despite the persistent price compression, Oregon’s marijuana industry remains one of the most mature and stable in the country, supported by strong consumer demand and steady tax revenue.
