Using the latest available pricing data from state cannabis regulators and the research firm Headset, here are the recreational marijuana markets with the lowest average cost for dried flower as of May 2026.

Prices continue to fall in several major markets, with Michigan now standing well below every other adult-use state and Oregon, Massachusetts and Colorado remaining among the cheapest legal markets in the country.
