Florida medical marijuana patients have received more than 16.36 billion milligrams of THC and 5.62 million ounces of smokable marijuana so far in 2026, according to the newest weekly report from the Florida Department of Health’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU).
During the week of September 18 through September 24, licensed medical marijuana treatment centers dispensed 418,715,357 milligrams of THC and 149,657.570 ounces of marijuana in a form for smoking.
Adding those figures to previously reported totals brings Florida’s 2026 year-to-date dispensations to 16,363,289,575 milligrams of THC and 5,620,389.030 ounces of smokable marijuana.
The latest week continued the relatively steady pace seen throughout September. Treatment centers dispensed 433,829,748 milligrams of THC and 151,177.713 ounces of smokable marijuana from September 4 through September 10, followed by 415,816,981 milligrams of THC and 148,635.187 ounces from September 11 through September 17.
Trulieve remained by far Florida’s largest medical marijuana operator during the September 18 through September 24 reporting period, dispensing 108,242,941 milligrams of THC and 51,599.302 ounces of smokable marijuana across 170 locations.
MÜV followed with 49,520,335 milligrams of THC and 16,092.484 ounces of smokable marijuana, while Curaleaf dispensed 47,183,366 milligrams of THC and 15,926.540 ounces.
Ayr Cannabis Dispensary recorded 37,364,415 milligrams of THC and 9,694.460 ounces, while GTI Florida dispensed 21,517,487 milligrams of THC and 5,050.322 ounces.
Florida had 941,616 qualified patients with active identification cards as of September 25, down slightly from 941,650 one week earlier.
No new dispensing locations were approved during the latest reporting period, leaving Florida with 781 locations statewide.
Florida voters legalized medical marijuana through a constitutional amendment approved in 2016. The state operates one of the largest medical marijuana programs in the country, with licensed treatment centers authorized to cultivate, process and dispense marijuana to qualified patients.
