High Tide Inc. has been named to the Report on Business ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies for the sixth consecutive year, following a 66% increase in revenue over the three-year period measured.
The Calgary-based marijuana company ranked No. 315 among 375 businesses included in the 2026 list, which measured revenue growth from 2022 through 2025.
High Tide said its adjusted EBITDA, a non-IFRS financial measure, increased 161% over the same period.
“Six consecutive years on this list is a milestone our entire team should be proud of,” said High Tide Founder and Chief Executive Officer Raj Grover. “We have grown Canna Cabana into Canada’s largest cannabis retail chain, built a deeply loyal customer base and more than doubled Adjusted EBITDA over the three-year period measured.”
Canada’s Top Growing Companies was launched by Report on Business in 2019. Companies voluntarily apply for consideration and must meet revenue and other eligibility requirements. A total of 375 companies qualified for the 2026 ranking.
The recognition comes two weeks after High Tide reported record financial results for its third fiscal quarter. Revenue reached $198.8 million for the three months ending July 31, up 33% from $149.7 million during the same period a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA increased 53% year-over-year to a record $16.2 million.
Those quarterly results put the company at an annualized revenue run rate of approximately $800 million.
High Tide operates Canna Cabana, Canada’s largest marijuana retail chain, with 232 domestic locations. The company said the chain holds a 14% share of the marijuana retail market in the provinces where it operates, excluding British Columbia, where the number of stores a company may operate is capped.
High Tide has also expanded into Germany through Remexian Pharma GmbH, a medical marijuana importer and wholesaler in which the company acquired a controlling interest in 2025.
The 2026 Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranking will also appear in the October issue of Report on Business magazine.
