States With the Cheapest Legal Recreational Cannabis Prices as of January 2026

For the first time, Oregon has been topped as the state with the cheapest legal cannabis prices.
Of the 23 states with operational recreational cannabis markets, Michigan is now the state with the lowest cost for legal cannabis, topping Oregon for the first time.
The below list was formed using data provided by state cannabis commissions and the research firm Headset.
