Florida medical marijuana treatment centers have now dispensed more than 12.5 billion milligrams of THC and 4.27 million ounces of smokable marijuana in 2026, while the number of registered patients has climbed above 938,000, according to the newest weekly report from the state’s Office of Medical Marijuana Use.
During the July 17 through July 23 reporting period, dispensaries sold 411,861,721 milligrams of THC and 146,018.797 ounces of marijuana in a form for smoking.
That brings the year-to-date totals to 12,518,368,573 milligrams of THC and 4,272,422.458 ounces of smokable marijuana.
Weekly THC dispensations declined approximately 6.6% from the 441,135,241 milligrams reported for July 10 through July 16. Smokable marijuana sales remained relatively unchanged, declining by approximately 216 ounces, or 0.1%, from the prior week.
Florida now has 938,435 qualified patients with active identification cards, an increase of 934 from the previous report and nearly 3,500 since early July.
Trulieve continued to lead the state during the latest week, dispensing 106,234,053 milligrams of THC and 49,492.586 ounces of smokable marijuana through 170 locations.
MÜV followed with 48,931,057 milligrams of THC and 16,677.582 ounces, while Curaleaf Florida reported 47,187,719 milligrams and 15,242.206 ounces. Ayr Cannabis Dispensary sold 37,728,538 milligrams of THC and 8,944.550 ounces.
Other operators with notable totals included GTI Florida, with 18,919,699 milligrams of THC and 4,278.420 ounces; Green Dragon, with 15,926,657 milligrams and 6,178.455 ounces; Surterra Wellness, with 14,503,491 milligrams and 4,206.827 ounces; and FLUENT, with 13,473,034 milligrams and 3,212.700 ounces.
The state listed 771 dispensing locations in the newest report, up from 769 one week earlier. Newly approved locations included a Curaleaf dispensary in Boynton Beach and a Planet 13 Florida Cannabis for the Planet location in Sarasota.
Florida voters legalized medical marijuana through Amendment 2 in 2016. The state operates a vertically integrated system in which licensed medical marijuana treatment centers cultivate, process and dispense marijuana to registered patients.
