Michigan has over 850 licensed retail outlets now operating across the state, according to a new report released today by the state’s Cannabis Regulatory Agency. According to the Cannabis Regulatory Agency’s September 2025 report, there are currently 851 licensed adult-use retailers, the most ever in the state, in addition to 107 licensed medical provisioning centers.
